Our Keyholders leads from the front and continue to keep the service in store at its best through motivating and engaging the team in providing that great customer experience. Our Keyholders offer a range of support to the Store Managers – if they need a hand – you’re there!
You’ve got your customer service and merchandise skills down pat and it’s time to really get stuck in to showing us you have what it takes to successfully lead a team and run a store. You’re confident to take ownership of the running of the store in the absence of the Store Manager and you’re a port of call for all the staff needing guidance and support.

Our Distribution Centre is located in the beautiful Hawkes Bay and manages the distribution of stock to stores nationwide. This is a fundamental part of our operations and offers opportunities for pickers and sorters in the dispatch team, as well as management, systems and administrative support functions.
Our Support Office has various teams working towards making Number One Shoes the best it can be and providing ongoing support to our store teams! From Finance, IT and Operations through to Planning, Buying and Human Resources we’ve got a great team of people working to make our company vision a reality.
